Please do not come to our offices if in the last 10 days you have suffered symptoms or tested positive for Covid-19, or if someone you live with has suffered symptoms or tested positive in the last 14 days.
Premises Security
Our premises are operating in compliance with government directions Please
(1) wear a face Mask
(2) use the hand-santiser on arrival even if you are wearing glove
(3) follow the instructions of our Receptionist
Social Distancing
We try to maintain social distancing and we require our staff to wear a face-covering when attending a meeting. If you wish the lawyer you are meeting not to do so for communication reasons please tell them.
Meetings
Where possible we attempt to conduct meetings remotely by phone or by video-conference. If you wish a physical meeting it should be pre-booked to ensure availability of a meeting room. When your meeting is finished your host lawyer will direct you when it is clear for you to leave.
Apologies
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience and that no physical contact of any description is permitted. No shaking hands etc. We also request that our bathroom facilities are used only if unavoidable.
